Test form and Calibration
A flexographic test form is a reference print that contains graphic and text elements used to assess the quality and make adjustments in flexographic printing. It represents typical printing challenges and helps operators identify and correct issues such as improper registration, irregular ink density, and printing defects. A flexographic test form typically includes a variety of elements such as thin and thick lines, dot patterns, solid areas, gradients, texts of different sizes and fonts, and specific graphic elements. These elements represent typical challenges faced during flexographic printing and help evaluate the machine's ability to accurately reproduce these details.
